We’re ready to get married at Prairie Hill Vineyard! What are the next steps?

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen to begin your journey with us! To start, we’ll gather some personal details from you. Within 24 hours, we will enter your information into your own client portal system and you then will receive a link. Here, you’ll have the convenience of reviewing and signing your contract, as well as managing payments securely.

What is the payment schedule for our event?

To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit of your package price is required. The remaining balance is due in three easy installments: twelve, eight, and four months prior to your event. Your Client Portal will send you automatic reminders for these payments, ensuring a seamless experience.

When is the payment for the bar due?

We’ll finalize your bar package one month prior to your event during your personalized consultation. At that time, we’ll prepare your bar invoice and contract. Payment will be due 14 days before your event, allowing for a stress-free experience as you approach your celebration.

What tables and chairs are available for our event?

We offer a range of seating and table options to suit your vision:
  • 350 white resin chairs (indoor use)
  • 350 brown resin chairs (outdoor use)
Our table options include:
  • 6 farmhouse tables
  • 10 eight-foot rectangular tables
  • 4 six-foot rectangular tables
  • 45 sixty-inch round tables

What are the dimensions of the fireplace and mantel?

Our grand fireplace creates a stunning focal point for your event. It measures 9 feet in width and 30 feet in height, with the mantle spanning 8 feet. It’s the perfect setting for those unforgettable moments.

What decor is allowed on the property?

We embrace the beauty of your personal touch. Prairie Hill is a blank canvas, offering endless possibilities for you to craft a day that’s uniquely yours. We kindly ask that nothing be affixed to the walls or ceiling unless installed by a licensed professional with our approval. For safety, all open flames must be contained in a glass vessel. We look forward to seeing the creative and thoughtful details you’ll bring to our space.

Can we have glass on the table?

Of course! We welcome the elegance of glass decor. We simply ask that glass goblets or china remain indoors. Should any glass break, please inform our staff immediately so we can assist promptly.

Can we use real flower petals?

For indoor areas, we ask that you use artificial petals. Outdoors, real flower petals are a beautiful and welcomed choice, adding a natural feel to your event.

What are our options for a grand exit?

We love the idea of a grand exit, and we’re excited to help you create a memorable send-off! To maintain the pristine beauty of our property, we ask that you refrain from using glitter, confetti, or any artificial materials outdoors. However, we happily welcome cold sparks (through a licensed professional), sparklers, birdseed, bubbles, and fiber optic wands for a dazzling departure.

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, we do! You are welcome to bring in your own catering and vendors. However, please note that all alcohol must be provided through us.

Absolutely! We believe in allowing you the freedom to select the vendors that best suit your vision for your wedding day. However, please note that all alcohol must be provided through us.
