Event Coordination

A venue coordinator will be present during your rental period on the day of the event to assist with venue needs and to ensure that questions are answered. If wanting set-up of all decoration and coordination between all vendors, we recommend hiring a Wedding and Event Coordinator through our preferred provider, Anchor Events LLC.

Anchor Events LLC is pleased to provide you with hand-on coordination through all parties involved on the day of your event. Our expertise, recommendations and guidance from the signing of the contract to the day of the event will make your event as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
