Starters: Seasonal Greens with Sugared Walnuts, Feta Cheese, Red Onion, Grape Tomatoes, and Dried Cranberries in Balsamic Vinaigrette. Artisian Breads with butter.

1st Course: Blackened Salmon with Smoked Pepper Cream Sauce and Petite Green Beans

2nd Course: Pepper Rubbed Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Sweet Bourbon Pepper Sauce with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

3rd Course: Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Creamed Spinach

Dessert: Cocktail Cakes

Each course paired with a Grace Hill wine.
