To get started, we’ll collect some personal information from you. Within 24 hours, we’ll enter your details in our Honeybook System. You will then receive a link to access Honey-

books, where you can review and sign your contract, as well as pay your invoices conveniently.

Your reservation will be 50% of your package price. Then the remaining amount of your

payment will be due six months before your event. Honeybooks will automatically notify

you of these payments.

You won’t need to finalize your bar package until your meeting one month before the

event. During this meeting, we will prepare your bar invoice and contract. Payment will

be due the Monday prior to your event.

We have 350 White Resin Chairs, these are used inside only. We also have 350 Brown

Resin Chairs for outside use only. For tables, we have the following:

6 - Farmhouse Tables

10 - 8ft Rectangular Tables

4 - 6ft Rectangular Tables

45 - 60” Round Tables

The fireplace is 9ft wide and 30ft high, your mantel is 8ft.

One of the things we cherish about this venue is its versatility as a blank canvas for you

to personalize. We love seeing the unique touches our couples bring to their special days!

However, we kindly ask that nothing be attached to the walls or ceiling unless installed

by a professional company. Additionally, any open flames must be contained within a

glass vessel for safety.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to incorporate glass decor! The only request that

we have is that glass goblets or china remain indoors.

Please notify staff promptly, if glass breaks.

We ask if you are inside the building, please use artificial flower petals. However, if you

are outside, we ask that you use real flower petals.

We are very open to most Grand Exits, however for the cleanliness of our property, we

ask that you do not use glitter, confetti, or anything artificial outdoors. We welcome cold

sparks (by a professional company), sparklers, bird seed, bubbles, and fiber optic

wands outside!

We do allow open catering and vendors. However, all alcohol must go through us!
